What are your hours of operation?

Brick lane is open daily from 4pm, 7 days a week.
(Opening times are subject to change due to Events and seasonality so please check for latest updates).

Is there an admission charge?

For regular days of operation there is currently no admission charge. Restaurant operations are walk-ins and reservations. However, we have various reserved seating options for Group bookings, Club bookings and Special events, which we have a minimum spend. Please contact our Reservations Team for information and bookings. [email protected]

We reserve the right to alter our terms of admission at any time.

Are children allowed?

Under 18’s are allowed in the venue until 10pm.

What are the accepted forms of ID?

A current, valid photo ID such as a valid Passport or valid Driver’s license are acceptable forms of ID.

I’m visiting from overseas, what is an acceptable form of ID?

Your passport is fine.

What is Brick Lane’s dress code?

Smart Casual. A visit to Brick Lane Bali is an occasion, so please dress for it.
• For men we do not permit: beer branded singlets; cut off clothing; or athletic sportswear.

Do you have Valet Parking?

Yes. We do offer a valet parking service.

Are you wheelchair friendly?

We have limited wheelchair accessibility. Please contact our reservations team in advance & they will be happy to talk you through the access and arrange for assistance for you upon arrival at the venue.

How do I reserve a table, Sofa or VIP area for the day?

Please contact our Reservations Team who will talk you through the options, and process your reservation.

What is the process of ‘Checking-In’ at Brick Lane for my reservation?

Upon arrival at Brick Lane, please go to the Host Desk. Our Guest Relations Team will attend to your requirements from there. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee your reservation if you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled booking, so please arrive early. If for some reason you are delayed, please call our Reservations line to advise of your delay & request for your reservation to be held.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash (Indonesian Rupiah); Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB are all accepted at the venue.

Is there an ATM onsite?

We do not have an ATM on the premises at present, therefore please ensure you are prepared with enough cash or card to cover your visit to Brick Lane.

Multiple ATM machines can be found close by.

For Club or Special Events, Once I’m inside, can I leave and re-enter?

Re-admission is permitted on regular days.
For Special Events please check the terms & conditions of the event.

How do I find out about upcoming Events?

Please check our website and social media for updates on up-coming events.

Where can I buy tickets for Events?

You can purchase Event tickets directly through our website. Follow the link to Tickets on the Events page and make your purchase directly online from us.

Please do not buy Brick Lane event tickets from unauthorised vendors. We cannot guarantee entry to tickets purchased via non authorised sources. 
Please protect yourself by ONLY buying tickets from our website & our authorised vendors. 

What is the breakdown of tax, gratuity and service charge at Brick Lane?

In line with Indonesian law, we apply a state tax charge of 11% on all purchases along with a 8% service charge.

What items are prohibited from bringing to Brick Lane?

For regular days of operation, you are not permitted to bring the following items into Brick Lane: illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, tripods, drones; and all sharp objects are prohibited. This is not an exhaustive list. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.

Events: Please check the Event FAQ accordingly.

Please note that for your own safety all bags, backpacks, purses or parcels are all subject to search. We reserve the right to change conditions of entry at any time.

How do I sign up for the guest list?

Brick Lane offers guest list on selected days.

Please note that entry is not guaranteed – it is subject to capacity. This is featured on select events only. We strongly encourage purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee the most seamless entry. Management reserves all rights.

I left/lost something (like a phone, credit card, purse, bag) at Brick Lane. Help?

All items left / found at Brick Lane are secured and catalogued with lost and found at the end of every day. Please call +62 822 9555 9198 between 10AM – 7PM daily.

Am I allowed to smoke/vape in the venue?

Smoking and vaping is permitted in designated areas.

What is your Drugs Policy?

Brick Lane upholds a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use and possession of illegal substances and will be complying with the regulations as mandated by Indonesian Law. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be passed over to the authorities.

What type of music will be played?

We feature daily sets from a selection of the finest DJs from Bali along with regular performances from the best regional talent from the UK, Australia & across Asia, and frequent events featuring the biggest names in dance music from around the world.

Is your venue pet friendly?

No.

How can I be certain my booking has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from the Brick Lane Team.

Do you serve vegetarian or vegan dishes?

Yes, we offer both options on our menu.

What is the capacity of your restaurant?

Brick Lane restaurant comfortably seats 40 people.

What is the best time to dine?

We suggest you come at 5pm for the best table.

Do you deliver?
